OpenStack Implementation

Openstack is a free and open source cloud operating system that controls large pools of compute, storage and networking resources throughout a datacenter, all managed through a web based dashboard. Openstack is highly scalable and can help you setup a public or private cloud.

G.T. Enterprises uses Open source community-based OpenStack to enable clients with no lock-in to underlying server, storage, network or even hypervisor. We help our customers in designing, developing and deploying their own private cloud built entirely on OPENSTACK.

The OpenStack Platform director is a toolset for installing and managing a complete OpenStack environment. It is based primarily on the OpenStack project TripleO, which is an abbreviation for “OpenStack-On-OpenStack”. This project takes advantage of OpenStack components to install a fully operational OpenStack environment. This includes new OpenStack components that provision and control bare metal systems to use as OpenStack nodes. This provides a simple method for installing a complete OpenStack Platform environment that is both lean and robust.

With OpenStack the possibilities are endless. Organizations who look forward to deployment of large scale applications for private or public clouds are keen to use OpenStack. The entire code of OpenStack is available free with a flexible approach of running, building and submitting of code. Organizations using OpenStack are turning agile, availing cost reduction and maximizing their ROI. It is designed to manage and automate pools of compute resources and can work with widely available virtualization technologies, as well as bare metal and high-performance computing (HPC) configurations.
